I dislike all prescriptivism in system spaces. Our system operates based on complete anarchy (except for we don't do drugs) so the hosts naturally will end up making most decisions and doing the most uni work and keeping track of the schedule because they're the ones available most of the time and we don't control switching. We can't just push everything off until someone else is available as to not overwhelm the hosts. Not everything will work for everyone.
