for pomni, when you say you’re an anger holder, what does that mean for you? are you angry about something specific or you hold other alter’s anger? and how does that anger manifest? do you lash out in headspace if you have one?

Hi, Pomni here. The anger holder for me is less that. I am the one more likely to get angry, to get protective, which is how I ended up the protector of the Circus Subsystem.

Usually that means, since I am the one to get most likely angry, it does get intense for me internally when I am angry. But I am not always angry, mind you. There are other emotions I have, I am just the one most likely to get angry.

In light of simplyplural going down sometime in june (as far as we are aware), we have a solution.

If you have android (I am unsure if it's out on iOS yet, feel free to correct me), octocon, another system tracking app, has a very comfortable interface. And, you can import your system information!

So,

Here's how to import your SimplyPlural into octocon!

Step 1: open the simplyplural app and go to "tokens."

Step 2: click "add token"

Step 3: After selecting all permissions, click "add token" and then click "yes" three times. Copy the token code.

Step 4: open octogon, go to settings, scroll down to "import alters" and select simplyplural. Enter the token code you copied.

And boom! All your simplyplural data (minus chats, I think) put into octocon. Let me know if I missed anything!
