What is my body doing?

The head is calm, its practiced this peace for a while now. With a trained mind, your thoughts are no longer your rival. No longer fighting to have their own way and influencing everything else with them. But alas, it is not the mind. The body is responding and my physiology speaks on its own. Presence is a very powerful thing and it has its own language. The language is not easy to interpret because sensations are wrapped in feelings and you can't logically or intellectually process a feeling. When your heart is beating irregularly and your body temperature is shooting through the roof what does this mean? Its like my insides were celebrating the return of something or someone so utterly exciting it could not be contained, even though I had to do just that. What a mystery it is for someone to invoke such a response from the body.
