Hey, I saw your post about ghoustiel/-wondersmith, and I also had commissioned her a while ago and never got my art, and I haven't been able to get into contact with her. I was hoping it was just an issue with tumblrs asks or something, and I was just wondering if you making that post had managed to get ahold of her? I was thinking of making a post too, but I don't want to get people mad at her if it was just some sort of honest mistake or something, idk.

I’m sorry for the delayed response! I also hope you don’t mind me posting this. But I feel the need to, because this is really awful. I’m so sorry this happened to you as well. Personally, I feel at this point it is not a mistake because I have tried multiple ways to contact Ivanna, including making a post about it and tagging her in it. This also shows that she has not fulfilled commissions that have already been payed for by 3 people now, at least that we know of. Hopefully we can get this resolved soon!

HELLO IVANNA

I have been trying to get your attention for months now. We made an agreement for a figure commission. I paid you the $30 we agreed upon. However, I never received the commission. You have contacted me 3 times since July. Twice by e-mail (shown above) and once around August via tumblr message where you told me you were almost finished with it. Since then, I have sent multiple e-mails and dozens of tumblr messages. You have not replied to any of them, and I am at a loss of what to do so this is my last resort, which I did tumblr message you (to your newer account) about a few weeks ago. Please, please refund me my $30. I know I said “take your time”, but 7 months with hardly any contact is ridiculous, and I am very frustrated. Please just message me so we can resolve this. 

If anyone wants to signal boost this so that Ivanna sees this in case she doesn’t track her tags, it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Usually after so you can settle everything in and keep it lasts longer. You can also powder again AFTER the wax if you want to fill gaps in - but in the end it’s all preference. I do it both ways depending on what I’m using, but mostly wax last.

like setting wax? I’m pretty sure it goes after you just have to b careful not to rub off the powder underneath. Like I use both powder and creme to fill them in and then a setting gel on top.

iirc the correct way is to do wax then powder but it’s been a while

YEAH i think if it's colorless wax (like what i had w/ UD's box) then that's supposed to go first? but i'm pretty sure the colored wax in ulta's and elf's little kits is setting wax and i've been doing wax second w/ ulta's so i'll keep doing that with elf's unless that Doesn't Work

nyx makes a crayon/pencil that's colorless wax (like, for helping shape your brows if you tend to have hairs that misbehave) and i've been thinking about getting that hmmmmm
