Evolves from Bellsprout (0069), evolves into Victreebel (0071)

Can only evolve with a Leaf Stone.

To catch prey, Weepinbell first spits out a poisonous powder to immobilize its prey, then it sprays with a very acidic liquid which melts the prey, then it eats the prey carefully enough that no acid gets on its skin, as it only secrets a neutralizing fluid on its inside to protect itself from its acid.

When Weepinbell is hungry, it will swallow anything that moves without hesitation.

If its prey is too big, Weepinbell will slice its prey up with its sharp leaves.

The large hook on Weepinbell's rear end allows it to hook itself onto a tree branch to sleep, but you can often find Weepinbell who were restless in the night dozing on the ground, as they wiggled themselves right off the tree branch.

Weepinbell has the appearance of a plant and often startles people and Pokemon that are passing by when it begins to move.
