0125 - Electabuzz
The Electric Pokemon
Electric
3' 7" - Around the size of a Bear.
66.1 lbs - Around the weight of a Bucket of Paint.
From the Kanto region.
Mostly male species.
Evolves from Elekid (0239), evolves into Electivire (0466)
Can only evolve with a Trainer and a Electirizer.
Info:
Electabuzz love power plants, as they feed on electricity, so many power plants keep Ground-type Pokemon nearby as a defense against them, however the belief that Electabuzz cause half of all major power outages from feasting on power at power plants is now known to be a cover-up for errors that are the electric company's fault.
Electabuzz is constantly discharging energy, giving it a whitish-blue glow in the dark, but it always discharges more energy than it consumes, so there is research going into storing lightning for Electabuzz so that they can always have energy.
When two or more Electabuzz touch, they can communicate their feelings with one another by controlling the electric currents they share with the other.
When a storm arrives, you can see large groups of Electabuzz gathering to find high places, often fighting to scale the tallest tree so they can get struck by lightning, so many towns keep an Electabuzz nearby as a lightning rod.
Electabuzz windmills its arm to boost its punches with electricity, but it takes so long to do this that its opponent sometimes escapes while it winds up.
