Red Dagger No. 9, 1980 - Terror in the Tall Tower. Cover art is by Ian Kennedy while the interior art was by Denis McLoughlin. The story originally appeared in The Wizard in 1974. McLoughlin's cover for The Wizard No. 274 is shown below and was likely an inspiration for the Red Dagger cover.
