Warlord No. 219, dated 2 December 1978. Two new stories this issue - 'Three Men in a Jeep' and 'Vengeance Trail' both of which also appeared in the final issue of Bullet which was out the same day. Red Dagger No. 9, 1980 - Terror in the Tall Tower. Cover art is by Ian Kennedy while the interior art was by Denis McLoughlin. The story originally appeared in The Wizard in 1974. McLoughlin's cover for The Wizard No. 274 is shown below and was likely an inspiration for the Red Dagger cover.
