144/366: Woke up feeling shitty but that doesn’t mean I’m going to stay feeling shitty. Took my ass to the gym and made puddles and I think I finally found the difference between working out to look a certain way and working out to just feel better. And I did feel better kekeke. Ate acai bowls with Curtis at Growl after and caught up. Then headed to Irvine to see Kevs & get Class 302 and shop at the Spectrum ☺️ Took me to practice and I slept over cause I was ded tired 😓

"American Idol contestant Dalton Rapattoni stopped by the studio today to play some of his favorite songs and tell some “Idol” stories.

I asked Dalton about his experience on Idol and he said it was the worst fun he’d ever had. “It was so tiring but at the same time it was a magical experience.”

I also asked how he felt about Idol ending. Dalton said, “I think it’s probably gonna come back.” He continued that he doesn’t have inside info but the show has to exist.
