I won’t forget that I am 80% responsible for the break up. So here are things I need to change: Avoid conflict, if it’s a small issue, forget it! Remember the person you are with should be loved, not controlled. Do not speak when you are angry, only hug them. This will help the both of you relax. Tell them why you love them, because that is the only thing you will want to express when you lose them so don’t take that for granted. Tell them how cute and unique they are. Don’t be jealous, they are with YOU. If they leave you for someone else then you don’t need them. Simple as that. Watch whatever show or movie they like, please compromise. Let them share a little of themselves with you. Give them space when they are mad. Leave notes under their pillow, in their books, in their car telling him something sweet. Don’t scream. The number one thing; be understanding. People make mistakes, be the person they can come talk to and just say “it’s okay, I love you.”

I was financially stable when I decided to move out to Rhode Island for love. Worst mistake of my life. Don’t ever forget that. It was too much risk and no reward. I invested myself completely and it hurts so much.
