Diana has Sigma, metaphorically, on a leash, since she needs him for the project's complition. Although she warms up to him, eventually. Sigma's motivation, on the other hand, changed from directly saving 6 billion to being devoted to Diana and her guidence. Yes, even after her death call it ooc i'll call it smashing tyus
Since Luna was created from Sigma's subjective vision of Diana but was influenced with Zero's heritage by Akane, these two sides of her are in constant conflict. Her reasoning is to ensure a happy ending to Akane and Sigma, while 6 billion is an excuse and something Diana "would say"
Luna needs to control Sigma, therefore they are closer and she uses the fact Sigma sees her as a daughter ("she's my special moon princess she can do as many nonary games as she wants"). Luna, however, finds genuine comfort in playing the role, since on the other hand she's seen as nothing more than Diana's replacement
In general, Luna feels more pressured to be like Diana, since she's Zero's immortal replacement -> a new Zero
On the same note, 0!Luna reminds me of F&H's Logic, the first manmade god
i think it'd be nice to give Luna some place in the quantum puter so she could calculate different possibilities like Sean does
Diana/Luna and Akane have the same partnership as Akane and Sigma in the og
Kyle is there too, and his status is exactly the same. Except he was meant to be sigdi's child and not of a spare, unfortunately the most stable mix came with mostly Sigma's dna. his relationship with Luna is exactly the same too, maybe he even hates her more for stealing the attention of his father
