Current Workout Program
I am currently during Transform :20. Who would have thought in 2019 I would be doing step aerobics! Not your mama’s step aerobics though! This stuff is intense! I will be finishing up Week 4 tomorrow.
Today I started a 100 Squat Challenge. Here’s hoping I can walk by the end of the week.
100 pushups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 10km run till you go bald.
I havent done any of the pod wods this week, I am gong to get all caught up today.

I squatted the most I ever have today during leg day!!! And the most sets I've ever done.
