ive been so, so tired lately but im trying my hardest to do schoolwork while maintaining my mental health. today i found out that my grade in archaeology is exactly what ive been aiming/hoping/studying for and im extremely happy that my work is paying off, especially when its my favourite subject!

i started CBT yesterday !! i know that it will work and that itll be hard and scary and im praying for it to go as smoothly as possible.

notes for days!! i rewrote my notes on imperialism, adding information from our textbook and answering a few questions i had about the topic. then i skimmed through what i wrote this friday.

i finally managed to work on an assignment ive been unable to work on because of my executive function being crappy!!!!! im so glad and proud of myself for doing that!!!!!!!!

the back page of my bujo+ a couple of dailies !!

i called in sick yesterday because i had gone more than 30 hours without being able to sleep and i spent the day reading and watching black mirror. i went to bed really early and im so glad i did lmao

today, i managed to go to school (good job!! it was so hard to get out of bed), but when i arrived i realised school was closed. nice. im still glad i went outside though!

i love this book series so, so much!! if you ever have the opportunity i definetly recommend you read it

this day has been a real rollecoaster of emotions, but i got to have some fika with a friend i havent met for a while which was nice. i really appreciate the friends/fika combo!

24&25/100 days of intentional things im in sparta rn so i wont be that active on here!! weve been to the archaeological museum and the acropolis and tomorrow well go to an excavation site! so excited

i went to the psychiatrist today to discuss my medication and it felt good! the medical treatments are going well and im glad. afterwards, i went back to school and studied “the spartan myth” for a good couple of hours before i got a message saying that the class i went back to school for was cancelled. i didnt mind, honestly, because i got so much done!

i came home super late so i decided to watch b99 and im going to bed early. i hope you had a nice day 💗
