Hey look! I got out of bed & ran 6 miles in the rain 👊🏻 Time for some push-ups!
Four miles after school today with a friend from my old school in great running weather- overcast, 55 degrees, occasional drizzle but no real rain. I was a little nervous because my hip was bothering me after barre this morning, but it didn't give me any trouble once we started! And then I came home to this super cute workout/warm up top from Fabletics that was free with my rewards points! Also, I got lazy today and picked up ready to cook dinner at Wegmans on my way home, and Thor was a little too excited about the fish we were eating. (I obviously shared with him and Bailey once I had eaten some... this might be why our pets have bad manners.) 75/100 push ups done for today!

@armsintheair, @healthful-achievement, @berryserene yay!!! I just did 100 today to see if I could even do it and my arms are killing me. 😅 I may have to start with every other day or something. I could hardly finish my last ones. @mystoryfortheaudienceoftheworld, oh I'm definitely doing modified push-ups, either on my knees or inclined on like a table or something lol. I can't even really do 2 good form push ups. Let's go guys!! We can do this!
100 push ups challenge - day 4 I had a zumba class organized by my gym in my favorite park. It does not get better than this. Here we are for the final photo. To add to it, I did a lot of errands walking instead of driving my car. 50 incline + 50 wall
Update
Yesterday was a rest day because I’ve felt fatigue-y and tired and my two runs so far this week have been very difficult, so I wanted to make sure the run today was properly fueled with rest and food. Also, being a rest day, I forgot to do my push-ups. So I’ll do 200 today and it will be fine. I’m at 25 so far, but it’s naptime so I might bust out a few more after I post this. I usually go to the gym before work but waking up was NOT happening this morning, so I’m going after work. No backing out!
Breakfast was a cliff bar. Lunch was a lean pocket pepperoni pizza and a Chobani flipz Greek yogurt. I’m way under eating and it’s pretty processed, but the tiredness/busyness is real and I had no desire/motivation to actually make anything. So like….it’s better than getting fast food.
After my run I am meeting up with my Mom and brother to eat at Ruby Tuesday and watch movies. I am going to stuff my face at their garden bar which I am newly obsessed with. I’m really excited to hang out with my mom, too! I don’t get to see her a whole lot since she moved.
Wow, this was Rant-y! Off to knockout some push-ups and reading while the tiny humans sleep.
