aspirations for 2030

in another decade i will be almost 36 (????????????) and i hope by then i:

- have significantly improved my credit - if i don’t own a home, i hope i am close to doing so - have a completed bachelors degree - am established at a tech industry job - have at least 1 or 2 people that i call friends who i physically hang out with - have pets who are dear to me - have seen my dad before he dies, but if not, that’s ok too (i think) - have found a successful prescription cocktail to treat my brain - have lost weight and am within the healthy BMI range - exercise regularly and have better eating habits

FOR REAL!! Can we stop being so concerned with the natural changes of aging & start being concerned by the very unnatural effect our OVER CONSUMPTION of everything is having on this planet?? _________________________ _______ 💫Dont allow yourself to be distracted from the real issue...if we dont have enough CLEAN water, soil, air- then wrinkles wont matter because life as we know it will not be possible ________________ 💥A few years ago i decided to start making some lifestyle changes to reflect my strong feelings about the environment...Now i have been living in a 192 sq foot tiny house for almost 3 years #stellathetinyhouse 🏡 and I started driving a fully electric car 1 year ago 🔌🔅in 10 years we plan to have a solar system that can supply electricity for both the house and my car, a rain water catchment system and a piece of land where we can grow some of our food. Actions matter. Me an my husband are very active in this regard. We went plant based 4 years ago as the factory farm issue is the biggest issue of all, with the degradation of land, destruction of forrest, almost total extinction of wild life, pollution of water and with the methane production from cows which is estimated to increase 60% by 2030. At least lab meat it’s on it’s way and will radically change this terrible system for the better. We also went solar and are low trash producers. Day 02: Where’d you like to be in 10 years?

I'm on a roll!!!

Ok so I hate that this question is so early in the challenge. Either way I’m still trying to figure this out.

Anyway, lets see, 10 years…

I want to know where I stand, or where TO stand, if you know what I mean.

I want to feel comfortable in my own skin, no matter what my skin looks like.

All our external factors are largely irrelevant to the heart of the matter so material things don’t really matter to me.

Out of debt

That’s really all that I can say. Whatever happens will happen and I’m ok with that.

I’m ok with not knowing.
