So because I emailed T last night at like 2am I don’t know if we’re doing emdr. I can’t even remember what the email said because I was just... so anxious lol. Like I think we are sill doing it? And apparently because T is not a private practice I can’t email her (not covered by HIPPA) and I felt so awful. Like I feel like I was just too much and shouldn’t have emailed her in the first place. I. Hate. Needing. People. Like holy shit. I feel like a child and it is awful.
