Update!!! :D
Hey guys! I am pleased to report that I am now 119 lbs!!! Weight loss goal 2 complete!!! I feel so happy and excited about finally being able to pass 120, if only by 1 pound! My next goal is 115, then finally 110 :3 My nutrition has been a bit better this week than the last since getting my groceries, I’ve been able to go back to having more home-cooked and healthier meals. However, I was not able to exercise much because holy cow I was pretty much exhausted the whoooole week :/ I think I only ran 2 times this week, and had no gym time >.< I haven’t been getting much sleep lately and it really took a toll on me, I even had to take work off Friday because I genuinely felt just too tired to get to work in the first place :/ This whole weekend, I’ve been mostly sleeping and trying to relax and I’m finally beginning to get on that upward slope to restfulness, but I’ve got a long way to go still. Maybe I’ll invest in taking melatonin and chamomile/sleepy time teas to see if it’ll help. After all, what I want the most is for my body to be healthy and happy!
ALSO I MUST SAY on Thursday after being pretty productive at work, I thought I could treat myself to some McDonald’s chicken nuggets and fries and HOLY CRAP I felt like it ruined me :/ I felt (more) sluggish, my stomach was bloated, when I ran I got stomach knots (I never get those!), I got constipated (TMI), and it was just awful :/ I guess after having so much more healthier food and drink, my body really doesn’t like the processed stuff so much :/ Tbh I think I’m still recovering from it :(
But yes! This week I plan to jump back into the business, and keep working toward my physical goals! >:D
