Who else is ridiculous excited for Christine to release her first book? I was lucky enough to get an ARC at Yallfest and i got to meet Christine! Also i already read and loved this! My review is below! 🎄🎄🎄 Part 1- 4 stars Part 2- 5 stars Final rating- 4.5 stars Okay so I tried to completely separate Christine from my mind while reading this but the fact is, you can't. Christine is all over this book (I mean of course she is) but with Shane's likes and dislikes, if you are a viewer of her's, you're gonna pick up on all these things. Putting that aside, if you aren't a viewer, you can still thoroughly enjoy this book. I feel like I can't say much without spoiling the book but if you are a fan of Rainbow Rowell or Stephanie Perkins, I think you're going to love this book. It's older YA, so it's definitely more mature than Stephanie's books, but the humor and the swoons are very present. I'm honestly really proud of Christine. She worked her ass off on this book, and it shows. With her following, she could have taken the easy way out, written a shite book and gotten it published, but she didn't. That speaks volumes about her character, in my opinion.
