brandenbrug 2022
King’s Peak, high point of Utah, 13,528’
Trail: South Arapaho Peak Nederland, CO
Distance: 10.05 miles
Elevation: 3,378 ft.
Time: 5 hours 33 minutes
What: A beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains at 13,411 ft. A steady incline for the first few miles with scrambling to the top in the last half mile. Gave myself some mild elevation sickness from the quick climb, but felt better on the way down.

Colorado 13er: Golden Horn
Colorado 13er: Golden Horn

After what felt like an early start (but not to shabby since we live close enough to wake up in our own beds), we found ourselves…
