When syncing to the wave spell, consider the idea of all it may take to cook a meal. Tone One asked us to gather the ingredients from the store where all the ingredient are organized but you will only walk away with the selected items you need.

Tone Two, the Lunar tone, challenges us to know what to do with the ingredients but before we can even get there we need to put them away in our pantry. You know, the pantry already full of other items?

Our next step isn’t to angrily throw everything into the pantry. Stabilize your breath in the process as the White Lunar Wind. Connect and presence with yourself to your breath.
