Being a Pakistani we all love our country dearly, but on this very day we literally bleed green. Our house gets ornamented with Jhandian, Flags and lights. We wear green and white to show solitary on this day. We listen to patriotic songs. We paint our face with the national colors.
BUT IS IT ALL? DOES THIS MAKE US PATRIOTIC? No, it doesn't prove anything or isn't benefiting your country. Why don’t we do something which make our country better?
Small waves join together creating a big storm. Don’t think that, what change will it make if only I am doing it. JUST DO YOUR PART, PLAY YOUR ROLE.
- Plant tree and urge your family to do so. GREEN PAKISTAN, BETTER PAKISTAN.
- When the day is over, pickup the torn up jhandian or flags from the ground.RESPECT YOUR FLAG.
- Pick up the garbage, no one is asking you to clean the roads, keep your house clean and dont throw the garbage from the house on roads.CLEAN PAKISTAN.
- Don’t throw wrappers outside the windows on the roads while travelling.
DON’T WAIT FOR THE CHANGE, BE THE CHANGE.
