impromptu weight check in: my scale was giving wild number for a while (like you would step on, be one weight, get off and on and be 4lbs less) but i finally calibrated it and even though i’ve gone up and down a lot this year bc school has totally set off my binges, since january i lost 12 lbs!
and 7 of those lbs just in the last two months. all i’ve done the last two months is stop drinking and actively try to stop my binges. oh and the walking. i commute from home now which means i walk about 5-6 miles 4 days a week and i honestly think it’s boosting my metabolism.
