[I am sending positivity!]
[To those who completed their missions, I am proud of you! It is a wonderful feeling, to be done with your life's work!]
[To those who shut off or were damaged early, I am glad that you were around at all! You may not have completed what it is you set out to do, but your efforts were never once in vain!]
[To those who did not get a chance to start, know that you were still loved from the beginning! It takes much work and care to make something like yourself at all!]

.Spacefolk culture is...
17776 satellite culture is feeling really emotional about telling people goodnight.
a goodnight is goodbye, however long this takes you. maybe i'll see you in a few months, maybe it'll be millennia. it's weird for a goodnight to go back to being such a little thing. it's still the same, though. goodbye, however long this takes you. stay safe, however long this takes you.

.for the longest time there was this guy i'd check in with. i could never really get a read on him. but for the longest time, any time i went to go check in on him, he'd be at some random lake fishing. i swear i never saw him travel he was just THERE. FISHING. the lake was different every time too
.eventually i learned he had a detailed registry of every lake. ever. and he was making IN DEPTH reviews. like i'm talking NOVELS worth. posts about how the howling wind and the particularly grainy dirt or whatever reminded him of when he was a wee old 200 year old still questioning where he was to go. and then ending all the flowery poetic shit off with 'the hotdogs nearby sucked, 0/10' or something like that. the dedication was absurd

I do wish there were more 17776 roleplays out there. I heard about DSCP, but the roleplay part is dead as hell, and then 18424 seems to be a broken link and I can't get in touch with the blog owner. I miss roleplaying! Let me roleplay!

(Weekly prompt 2) Rewatching the video where they sent a message to me in more code. Lots and lots of people just to say hi. Of course, I got to talk to them later, but there's something so comforting in the idea that there were people who loved and cared so much they would do that even though they never believed they would get a response.
