the only reason i really read classics is because its like real life easter eggs. like u can’t tell me its not fun when you see a very vague reference to shakespeare and you know exactly what theyre talking about. or a little phrase that was iconically used in a random early 1900s novel and your like HEY ive read that novel and i get what they are talking about. i dont know i just really enjoy it and im constantly scared i am missing out on these fun little easter eggs so i keep tryign 2 read classics
