This landmark decision targets the heart of Russia’s #LNG export expansion strategy. Novatek enables Putin’s war crimes and his lust for global energy dominance through its LNG sales, much of which still flows to the European market. Now the EU and US must act, and follow Ukraine’s example by enacting similar strengthened sanctions.
