Here I am at about 5 years of age on my new SCHWINN! It had solid rubber tires that never went flat! I know this because it sat untouched on the front porch for years. It was decided that I no longer needed training wheels. After they were removed grandpa held the back of the seat as I picked up speed. He let go, I freaked and stopped pedaling! Straight down on the concrete. My knee got skinned and the bike didnt get touched again for years. Then one day I got sick and tired of running behind the other kids on their bikes. I took it out on the sidewalk and a few hours later I knew how to ride it. I was awarded with a new Schwinn! Freedom and adventure and lots of trips to the liquer store for my favorite spicy beef jerkey insued. I still love riding and still love Schwinn!
