Wow, this event... That was something. Spoilers below

I wasn’t expecting that lore drop out of nowhere!

So first of all, it was kinda obvious that that was a fake Albedo. We got separated and when he reappeared he was acting kind of weird, like more cold. Also:

He didn’t have the star on his neck so yeah

Aside from that, I wasn’t expecting them to reveal all his backstory. Him being an homunculus makes perfect sense given his nature. I actually don’t know why I didn’t know this lol I mean, the hint it’s there in his Talents, I’m very blind apparently.

Anyway, I guess he can relate to Klee about being older than they seem. Rhinedottir being Gold... I believe that was a theory but it wasn’t confirmed until now.

Also, it’s very possible that the Albedo at the beginning was the fake one. That’s why the Traveler and Paimon said he seemed a little different, and we can’t see his face or neck to confirm.

The question is who’s the enemy? My guess right now is that it’s gonna be one of the Harbingers, one who’s specialized in Alchemy.

The Eula stuff was good, I’m glad they’re taking the chance to develop other characters as well. Bennett and Amber are also gonna have more screentime.

Now on the one hand I’m very happy they’re revealing this, we needed some juice lore, especially related to Khaenri’ah. On the other hand, I’m kinda mad that this is included in an event and not in the main story (or at least Albedo’s quest), because people can miss this in their playthroughs and will have to watch it on video to know about it.

But hey, something is better than nothing. I’m still happy about this developments and excited for what’s to come.
