[cont.]What is your skin-care regimen? I'm a humongous Johnson & Johnson fan. I love their Baby Wash. It's very mild on the skin. Sonya Dakar makes some really fantastic products that, if your skin's in a bind, can whip it back into shape in no time. And I use Crème de la Mer products daily. They are so special, and they make my skin feel yummy and delicious. What about hair care? I would like to make a plea to Avon to never discontinue their Advance Techniques Deep Conditioning Mask. It's this amazing, intense conditioner. I also love John Barrett's stuff, especially his Bee Hold Style Dressing, which is a wonderful product. For shine, I use Kérastase Sérum Oléo-Relax. My hair is quite curly and that keeps it straight. What do you carry in your makeup bag? The Card by Trish McEvoy, which is a credit-card-size case holding lip gloss and eye colors; Delux Beauty Flush Stick in Fuchsia, but without the top because it's missing; Maybelline Expert Eyes eyeliner in medium brown, which I use very lightly as a lip liner, actually; Maybelline Full 'N Soft waterproof mascara in Very Black; pictures of my little cousins Brianna and Katelyn; Paula Dorf Lip Color Sheer tint in Spunky, which is close to my natural lip color; Delux eyeliner in Bootsy Brown; Delux lip gloss in both Marshall and Odin; Bobbi Brown Cream[sic] lip gloss in Blue Raspberry; this blob of cover-up Tricia mixed up for me. I honestly have no idea what's in it; and Bonne Bell Lip Smacker in Dr. Pepper — I have, like, 800 of those. You've been a blonde and a brunette. Do blondes really have more fun? Yes. When I was brunette, I had this recurring dream that I was a blonde. It was so vivid. I had it three times. So without telling my mom, I took a taxi to the salon and I said, "Roberto, could you please make me into a blonde?" He said, "You don't want that." And I said, "Yes, I do." Then he finaly said, "OK." It changed my life. Did you pick up any style tips from Eminem? Yes, big time! Marshall — that's how I refer to him — Marshall taught me about dressing cool and casual, about what's hip in hip-hop fashion, and he helped me in the sneaker department. I have two pairs I love, Nike and Adidas. What is your favourite feature? I have to go with my lips. A plastic surgeon told me that two of his patients requested my lips, which surprised the heck out of me! What's your best beauty trick? Being in love. One day a makeup artist on a movie said, "you're in love." He knew because, to quote him, I was "radiant, glowing." Love does wonders for your look, which makes sense because true beauty comes from the inside out. You play Luanne, the perpetual beauty-school student on King of the Hill. Is she ever going to graduate? [Answering as Luanne, with a Texas drawl] Yes, one day, perhaps I will be a cosmetologist and utilize my talent at making beauty be obvious on the outside.
