Context: On September 17, 2012 AfterElton.com hosted the Championship Round for their “Ultimate Slash Madness Tourney”. Destiel and Sterek were the final bracket challengers.

And so it comes down to Destiel and Sterek. It's been a long hard slog and a few scares along the way (Johnlock almost took out Destiel in the fourth round), but the last two fantasy couples in our Ultimate Slash Madness Tourney each have a legion of die hard fans, and judging from the roughly similar vote totals each couple received in previous rounds it is anyone's guess whether the boys from Supernatural or the boys from Teen Wolf will take this thing.
As in previous rounds, the championship poll is restricted to one vote per person per hour. If you attempt to vote more frequently than that you'll get a message that your vote has already been recorded.
Note that championship round voting is open for one week. Votes will be recorded through Sunday, September 23rd 11:59pm eastern.
