Last week I said good-bye to the rest of my amazing stage - the group of volunteers who arrived with me in June 2013. While I’m extending for an extra 3 months, August 8th marked the official COS (close-of-service) date for our group, and most hopped on planes to head home or on to further travel adventures. It was pretty difficult to say goodbyes and to watch everyone else say their goodbyes to Togo. But I have three more months and plenty to do...
Thanks for the amazing support, inspiration and collaboration over the last two years, guys (and gals). The compassion and commitment of this group helped me become a better friend, colleague and volunteer.
