“POTHOLE 4” is now ready for viewing just west of the intersection Argyle and Kedvale on Chicago’s northwest side. Despite being brand new, the piece looks 2 years old. A lot of damage was done as many traffic cones were stolen during the install. A 2nd set was taken overnight. No more installs in this area for awhile!
