Sprint #4 2017-04-19

Hi, I will show you what I have do so far from latest sprint review. 

Store routes data to the database

I put the all the data to the heroku postgres databases and here what’s looks like:

With the pgAdmin4 I put all the data. Each row contain id, name, source, destination, logo, and it’s geojson. I also constraint all of the column to make sure it’s not empty/null.

Retrieve the database and convert it to json

Using php, I convert the database query into json and I put that php function to heroku. Because all the data contain almost 2 Mb and it takes longer to load, I divided the php function into two parts. If we don’t specified the routes name, we get all the data except the json. If we specified the name, get the json of that specified name.

Create Searchbar

With react-native I create the search button and create a function to fetch the json and show it as the list. It needs more styling because obviously it’s not looks good. But the point is, it successfully retrieve the data from the database.

Also I push this progress to gitlab and It pass the tests.
