Benedict and Sophie in Iceland.

I kind of hate to do this, and under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t do it, but the septics are spreading lies again and I feel the need to dispute it. Benedict and Sophie were photographed by someone who was vacationing in Iceland on NYE. That woman posted photos to her Facebook, including a screenshot of what appears to be a live clip or something that she shared in real time with her friends. Her Facebook page is public, so for that reason I will share the photos and the link here (which are already on tumblr courtesy of a closet skeptic blog). Yes, Facebook allows you to schedule posts now, No, you cannot backdate your Facebook posts, or the comments underneath them. If a post says Dec 31st/Jan 1st (depending on your timezone) that’s when it was posted, especially since most people don’t schedule their status updates, that’s mostly used by business or celebrity pages, not normal people like you and me.

So... not fake, not photoshopped, not PR, not anything. Just a happily married couple enjoying a New Year’s dinner together.

They are going to celebrate their 3rd anniversary soon. It’s time to let go and move on. The marriage is real, the children are real, and honestly, you are just vile assholes who want Benedict to remain single forever for some reason (stop pretending you’ll be happy if he’s with another “better” woman, you won’t be, you’ll make up lies about her too). You also seem to think he’s some type of horrible stupid weakling who has no control over his own life, and if you really believe that, then you cannot possibly, truly be one of his fans.
