SPOOL A short film by Crypt TV
The short film is about two sisters who are struggling with their father's cognitive decline while investigating a mysterious hole in his house that seemingly has no bottom.
junkyarddemento, source of the video, says the following: We all have to deal with grief in some point of our lives. Imagine if there's an endless pit to go along with that? What is it? What's at the bottom? Is it the Sarlacc Pit? This weird and unusual story presents that otherwordly scenario to two sisters dealing with their ailing father.

Spool is a Crypt TV creation who's mission is to tell horror stories that bring the world closer together. We believe scary stories unite us and help us face our most powerful emotions. We want to create the next generation of iconic monsters -- with you and for you. The short was directed by Mike Manning, written by Mike Gerbino characterized by Jesse LaTourette (May) and Jessica Erin Martin (Erin).
NOTE: The Sarlacc Pit, located on Tatooine, is a sunken beast of enormous size with only its ghastly mouth visible, a beaked maw lined with spiky teeth, and well-muscled tentacles.
It is the lair of the Sarlacc, a creature that rests in the sandy well known as the Great Pit of Carkoon. The Sarlacc is a multi-tentacled alien beast whose immense, gaping maw is lined with sharp teeth, inhabiting the Great Pit of Carkoon, a hollow in the sand of the desert planet Tatooine. The Sarlacc is known for its ability to digest its prey over a period of thousands of years, with the digestive juices containing hallucinatory neurotoxins that suggest the Sarlacc absorbs the intelligence of its victims, allowing them to communicate with the spirits of the people they’ve eaten. The Sarlacc's digestive process is so slow that it takes no less than 30,000 years for one of the mandible monstrosities to grow to full size, giving them plenty of time to engage in heart-to-heart conversations with the people they’ve eaten and transforming them into a watery goo thanks to the mental communication that presumably stops them from getting too lonely spending millennia living in the dirt and scrambling around for their next delicious morsel before bursting to the surface in terrifying style.
