Opposite Day!
This version of Fluorite went to a private all boys school and studied hard to consistently be at the top of his class, after which he became a counselor while studying in college. He has many close friends and is the one everyone goes to for mediating problems between students. Human psychology is fascinating to him, and since he has a mental illness himself, he believes he already has an edge in the field to be very successful in helping people like him live fulfilling lives. He keeps his hair short for less maintenance and more study time.
