Uiji Matcha Latte

Shiiiiiiiiit. At this point I assess almost all of my matcha lattes, unconsciously I feel, against starbuck's green tea latte but holy moly macaroni this one defies the normal scale. It tastes *better* and that's not usually what happens. What usually happens is the latte in question is watery, lacks sweetness, lacks texture. But this one is everything a good matcha latte is and *more*. It's sweet but retains the green tea flavour. It's milky; true to the essence of a milk based beverage. It's smooth and soothing and tastes amazing.
(2020 me: I’m noticing some of my favourite matcha drinks are a white-green colour, and also I drink a lot of matcha things. I should really branch out, drinks blog and all.)
