Those little cubes captivate me like nothing else. Various pre-hotel interpretations + a 2nd guest design. Sooner or later I'll probably make more or clean these up to better match the show's art style.

Any Guests in the House that you don't mind spending your time with? Or how about ones that you actually like?

((Just talked about her friendship with Hell's Chef so I'll name some other ones here))

"Lesse... Well there's a Welder who lives in the basement and works on this'n'that down there. Doesn't much like bein' disturbed much like me'self, but they do make fer good conversation that one. Usually see 'em when they order meals through Chef as I'm the one deliverin' them."

"I don' much mind the Prompters runnin' around. Sometimes I have to keep the bloody things organized when it comes ta cleanin'. They're one of the few guests who make my job less difficult."

"...Ah right! Neko Zombie. I'd say we're on good terms. Gregory told me he's supposed ta be dangerous, but other than waxin' on about some jargon he's a pleasant enough lad. I do sneak 'im one er two meals just because it drives Gregory looney!"

[Mimicking Gregory's tone] "What are ye doin' feedin' that beast?"

"Well ye have ta feed yerself and I'd call a face like that pretty beastly. Hehehe."

"There's also the Thornes, who I suppose I can say 're me friends? They confuse me they rightly do. Some guests think they're a menace, some guests 're fond of 'em. I don' quite understand how they can be so nice despite this hell hole."

"They're... nice, but I haven' figured them out yet fer me'self."

"Then there's Judgement Boy Gold. Oye, I canne believe I was once intimidated by the lad. He's flashy an' sparkling an' all that, but he's actually like a giant golden puppy. 's a bit overwhelmin' it is."

"That isn' ta say I don' respect 'im, far from it. He just makes me heart feel fluttery and it's distractin'."

Some Gregory Horror Show Personal Headcanons #1

All the younger kids/guest (James,Lost Doll,My Son ect) are friends and they they like to play w/ eachother sometimes

James likes to prank all the adult guest and new guest in the hotel (probably canon)

James and Judgement boy have a similar dynamic to Lancer and Rouxls Kaard (or at least how the fandom sees em). Basically JB is a babysitter to James

2nd Guest and Haniwa Salaryman are close friends after both of them got stuck and transformed @ the hotel and have conversations to eachother

When a kid is having a breakdown usually an adult near buy comforts them tho some are better than others and some are worse

Judgement boy likes to make occasional puns sometimes, which annoys almost everyone in the hotel

James likes to carry or play around with Hell's Chef Knife which the guy has to prevent from James getting hurt

Cactus Gunman and Poor Conductor have a good friendship/relationship because they can relate to eachother in some way since they both suck at what they do

Roulette Boy and My Son are James's closest friends. They are basically a trio

2nd Guest is very sassy and doesn't give a shit anymore what people tell her or what's going on around her

Sometimes all the adult guests hang out at the bar cuz there is nothing better to do

Gregory sometimes has panic attacks because of his mother's constant abuse in the hotel

Bonsai Kabuki emotions show through his tree on his head (ex: Flower Buds = Happy, Blooming = love, withered tree = sad)

Dr.Fritz is like a teacher for the kids some times

Everyone in the hotel got used to Hell's Chef's cooking and have no problem eating it because of what they are. Which is why new people/humans get sick when eating it

Might make more HC but i dunno atm

i have a headcanon that the second guest (i call her rosie) actually looks human when new guests meet her for the first time, but over the course of their stay her angrier, more malicious personality becomes more obvious, along with her rat features, until she's a full on rodent by the end
