Barrel aged might be my favorite expression of Gin generally - and this release from #36short is exactly why. Pale, golden colored, hints of cardamom, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose and a smooth and balanced taste. Do as I’ve done and try it on ice first. It’s worth it. I can already think of perfect partners for a killer cocktail!
