I saw an offer from UptimeVPS (corporate member) on WebhostingTalk, and decided to post here.
They are established in October 2010, but with corporate member status on WebhostingTalk, it seems they are seriously on business.
Their node specification is quite good with AMD 6 Core Processor, 32GB DDR3 Memory, 2x 2TB Hard disk drives and 1GBPS Connection, located at OVH datacenter, France. They also provider Test IP (87.98.184.76) and Test file (http://87.98.184.76/100mb.bin). Since I'm not in EU or US and my connection limited at 6Mbps so I can't test their file now.
