despite the fact that we rarely ever talk anymore, and despite the fact that we used to get into so many arguments in school, thank you for still thinking of me.
i truly believe you were the only real friend i had in that group. i doubt you know this, but she once tried to get me to believe that you were fake, that you were an asshole, and that you were only friends with her because someone made you be.
if that was true, i don’t believe it was on you. i believe it was because you always knew what kind of person she was. you were the kindest to me when my grandmother was ill, and you always had good intentions. for that i am forever grateful to you.
