Three Characters Associated with Serelia
Doing that thing where I post three characters that inspire mine:
Jessica Jones (Jessica Jones; Netflix) - Obviously. I wear this inspiration on my sleeve. Serelia is short tempered, irritable, and uses substances to deal with her problems. She also tends to do the right thing in the end, she makes time to be there for people that matter, even if she makes a big show of being irritated about it. Sere is probably ultimately softer than Jessica, but the inspiration is there.
Rosa Diaz (Brooklyn99; TV) - Tends to straight talk with people, very little bullshit. Obviously a badass, deals with problems in quick effective ways. Doesn’t easily make friends, but the friends she has are genuine, the type she’ll stick her neck out for any time.
2B (NieR: Automata; PC/PS4/XOne) - Duty bound doesn’t really fit Serelia right now, but it was part of the original character concept. A see through a job no matter how bad it got character. I want to believe that’s still who she is but I don’t think it’s fair to say that after she left the Lionsguard. Still, there’s a lot about 2B’s manner and dedication that I think still influences the character.
