I can’t expect my students to practice if I don’t. I’m planning on reteaching this toss, but I decided my free arms weren’t looking so hot, so we’re working on it. I get that wonky dinosaur hand on my right side for some reason 🦖
45s are my fav. these silks are iridescent purple and green!

very slow mo single handed 45 from the other day. learned this toss my freshman year of HS and it's still a favorite almost 5 years later!
