I make a point to never post anything personal on Tumblr, due to my previous experience on this platform many years ago. This is my one exception, my one personal post on a new account I opened more than 2 years ago.

I don't know how else to say this, but one of my fandoms just broke my heart. I hate false accusations; it's "innocent until proven guilty," especially when I have proof on my end that I haven't done anything.

I love writing, and I would never tell ANYONE that their writing is bad or unworthy. It's not something I would ever do. I believe in DLDR and saying nothing at all if you have nothing nice to say. Most of all, I love encouraging people to create. To have someone tell me that I have done the opposite, when I have only ever promoted people's writing, is utterly heartbreaking. I would never make cover art or fic recs for people's stories, only to tear them down in private. That would be cruel and even illogical. Why go to such efforts to make a gift for someone, if you hate their work? That's psychotic. That's NOT me.

Anyway, I am posting this note here on my blog to only to state my side, to stand by the parts of my character that show here on Tumblr: that I love my ships and I care about making content for them, and I want to encourage others to do the same.

I don't know how I will recover from this, but I will try.

Hello everyone! This is a shout-out to anyone who loves Greek mythology and myth retellings as much as I do!  

About 10 years ago, I aimed to write 13 Greek myth retellings. I finished 9, and I’m finally brave enough to share them with any part of the world that wants to read them. Here’s my synopsis, straight from AO3:

What do myths, fairy tales and folklore give us modern mortals? A taste of the past, our ancestry, and the hopes of the ages. People never change, and history repeats itself. Still, the world wants life to be happier, better, and kinder. One cannot help but be drawn to ancient stories that impart some wisdom in the midst of neverending madness. Trigger warnings apply in general, because (hello!) Greek mythology is a trigger warning all on its own.

Some of them are really short, and one is longer. I’m happy that someone somewhere will get the chance to read them. My writing is a beginner’s try, but it’s still me. Reblogs and reviews are lovely if you’re up to it!

Hi Morgan, I just wanted to let you know that I updated Trader of Hearts with a new chapter (part 1/2 of a prequel). I also read your reply to my ask: I'm still on FF and now on AO3, so you can find me and my work there. Not gone entirely from the CS fandom - yet. Honestly, I quit Tumblr because I felt lonely, forgotten, and just plain disappointed with the whole experience. Thank you for all the wishes and hugs! I am so so sorry you feel/felt that way. That sucks (that isn't even the right word but it's the first one that came to mind) I have felt that way on her b4, and its sad and lonely. But as long as you are happier now than thats better and I am pleased for you :-)
