W10D1: Hard 4 Miles
First run in nearly a week!
Wanted to get out there and blow the cobwebs off today, its been weighing on my mind that I pretty much wrote off Week 9's training!
Got out and ran hard.
New 5K PB: 26:18 (8:29pace)
Old 5K PB: 26:28

New 4mi PB: 34:38
Old 4mi PB: 36:02
Pretty pleased about both those times. Now to stay consistant. Mini goal for the week ... 20miles minimum! :)
