so in order to recover your account, you need to make a discord support ticket from the same email as your discord account before it was hacked-- and in order to make a discord support ticket you need to make a support account.

the main reason why recovering my account took 4 days instead of 1 or 2 is because the scammer activated 2FA on the support account and I had to make a secondary support account with a different email-- and no one would listen to my tickets with my secondary support account since it was a different email from the other account

i made a last ditch effort to complain about this on twitter @ ing discord support, and they actually helped me out!!!! amazing. also told me to tell people that if you lose access to your support account, but still have access to your original email, to message them on twitter.
