為迎接2018跨年的重要時刻，台灣之星自一個月前就已於全台跨年熱門地點積極佈署，進行網路佈建及訊號強化、全面備戰；繼2017年6月領先市場、率先啟用4×4 MIMO技術，引領各大電信業者於下半年陸續跟進後，在2017年12月31日跨年夜當天，台灣之星再度啟用2600MHz 頻段256QAM技術，此技術開啟後，如同從6人座的車換成8人座的車一般，因搭載容量提升，整體4G網速可較原先提升33%，再搭配上4×4 MIMO技術，4G極速理論值最高更可達近400Mbps。未來與台灣之星900MHz以載波聚合(CA)技術整合後，4G極速體驗還可再突破，直逼500Mbps大關！ (more…)
