Mobility
Nothing yet. Will do some posterior chain PNF work if I have time later tonight. I'm working on two capstone projects right now and unfortunately mobility has taken a back burner position as a result. I should change that.

I just realised I'd miscalculated my bench press percentage. Oops! Other than that, tonight was great. I just worked at a solid pace to grind it all out. I'm feeling way stronger already! Love that it's coming back quickly.
