Whelp, here's the guy:
He just wants to be a "real boy Toon".
...Even if that means 72+ hours of nonstop studying, grinding battles for usable Cog parts, and the understanding that it might not even work.
I (motivation willing) would like to do an actual story with this guy and how he gets here. Until then, I'm pretty content doodling him just living his weird life with his zany friends.
