On this day in 1944, men of the US 504th PIR, 82nd Airborne, cross the Waal river. 48 paratroopers were killed during the crossing, others successfully captured the north end of the Nijmegen road bridge.

It is considered one of the bravest acts of Operation Market Garden.

At least I woke up early today, may this continue on constantly. No matter what, I really need to fight depression for good this time.

My cousin sent me a quote which literally means “the amount of work to be miserable and to be strong is just the same” and so it is just another way to say, it depends on you personally to come out strong or come out miserable.

I am now miserable for sure.

But the battle is still ongoing.

So things can change.

Whether or not I come out and grow or, come out and grow OLD, we shall see.

I hope I will come out and grow though, grow for good, grow beautiful, and grow better and better.
