Honestly this one doesn't really inspire me to say anything in particular. It's completely fine, there's nothing really wrong with it, but it's extremely short anyway and covers an extremely short span of time as well, such that it's not really able to explore, well, anything about it in all too great detail. Perhaps if I was more familiar with the Romanian cultural influences I'd have gotten more out of this, but I'm not so. Only other thing I can think to say is this barely feels like a part of the Girls und Panzer franchise at all, like the narrative has so little to do with senshado or the other established characters or really anything of the sort, such that I think perhaps these ideas could've been better realised in an original manga instead. Oh well, such is life.
