#6069 Laylow Northern Touch (Canada) Laylow is my fave bar/brewery to hang at in TO, so I was stoked when they moved to bottles last year. This is their 5.3% Vienna Lager with Kviek yeast, it pours a clear copper with a foamy head and a bready, slightly fruity nose, the body is clean and somewhat crisp, the Kviek fruitiness kicks in immediately which threw me off at first but then the caramel, cracker vibes you’d expect from a Vienna Lager kick in, it’s a touch grassy, mildly bitter, super easy drinking with a dry, smooth finish.
